The Unending Universe Scientists
from Princeton University, US, and Cambridge University, UK, have just
published in the journal, Science, their view that the universe has
no beginning and no end. They write, "The history of
cosmology is the history of us being completely wrong. What we're
proposing in this new picture is that the Big Bang is not a beginning of
time but really just the latest in an infinite series of cycles...."
Meanwhile, we can celebrate another nail in God's coffin – and hope that
he take his religions with him so we can live without a world full of
"faith-based" violence. |

Publishing News Sex Matters In the coming month, St. Martin's Press (USA) will release the latest new book by Osho, Sex Matters. As the Catholic Church struggles with the perverted legacy of its repressive doctrines, the book couldn't arrive at a more appropriate time. It begins with a selection of chapters from the famous Osho classic, From Sex to Superconsciousness, abridged and edited for a Western audience. The second half of the book responds to questions about everything from jealousy to premature ejaculation, the role of intimacy and the differences between men and women. The whole offers a vision that embraces sex as a gift from nature, that must be explored in its depths before true celibacy can flower. As
current events confirm, there are really only two choices when it comes to
the matter of sex: a repressive attitude that leads to pornography,
perversion, and a retarded humanity -- or a playful innocence, respectful
and relaxed, that allows us to become fulfilled and whole just as nature
intended. |
